Personal information we collect from visitors

When visitors fill out a form, we collect email addresses, first name and last name, phone number, address, state, city, and zip/postal code. Other information may include your IP address and the time of submitting the form.

Depending on the type of form a visitor completes, that information is then used to reply to your contact form inquiry by email or phone call. Other forms may include signing up for an email newsletter where periodically our staff will send relevant information to the email address provided during signup. Email newsletters can be unsubscribed at anytime by clicking the unsubscribe link in the bottom of any newsletter email. A visitor can also unsubscribe by emailing us directly with an unsubscribe request.

Other information we collect from visitors

To continually improve our visitor’s experience with our brand online, we utilize Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track and analyze visitor engagement with our website. These tools can provide us more information on how our website is used with insights including time spent on pages, how visitors found the website online, geographically where are usings coming from, mouse hover, and mouse click locations on our website.

Advertising & Remarketing

Anyone visiting our website may have Woodchip Campground ads served to them across Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram ads within a recent period of time, through a tracking pixel.

In the preceding (twelve) 12 month, we have not sold personal information. Our policy is that we do not and will not sell your personal information unless you give us your consent or direct us to do so.

Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. However, we do consider requests made through your password-protected account sufficiently verified when the request relates to the personal information associated with that specific account.

We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

Right to Deletion

Visitors have a right to request the deletion of personal information held. However, this right does not apply where personal information is required to retain any of the following:

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. If detected as spam we may not be able to recover this data. A 3rd-party may help us process requests including but not limited to our website or hosting provider.
